I’m curious, compassionate, and actively engaged in your journey, I’ll share reflections and ask thoughtful questions to help you move in the direction that feels right for you.

It is safe to bring anything you’re feeling, from daily stresses to emotions that feel raw or intense - all parts of you, even those you may be used to hiding, are welcome here.

I will work with you to find ways to navigate life’s difficulties and to explore activities that can help process pain. Together, we’ll look at the experiences that have shaped your life, nurturing understanding, self-compassion, and self-acceptance.

I’m an Accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), providing integrative therapy in Eastbourne and online across the UK.

My Approach

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Some clients enjoy exploring or being playful, while others prefer to stay within their comfort zone. We always move at the pace and in the direction that feels right for you.

I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a variety of approaches to best support each client.

My work is influenced by Transactional Analysis (TA), which helps clients recognise patterns in thoughts, feelings, and relationships using simple, practical tools and techniques.

I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps identify and understand the different parts of the self, including those that may be in conflict or that affect well-being.

I incorporate principles of trauma-informed therapy, recognising the impact of past trauma and prioritising safety, trust, and understanding. This approach helps clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and regain a sense of control.

Where appropriate, I also use creative methods such as art or role play, which can help explore emotions and experiences in a safe, supportive way.
