Because the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of therapy, this meeting offers space to experience the connection and whether it feels right for you.

 

I offer 30 minutes introductory sessions (£15) a 10-minute phone call (free of charge) to chat through any questions.

 

We will explore what has brought you to therapy and how I might best support you.
