Specialisms
I have specialist expertise in supporting people with a range of issues, including:

Anxiety
We will explore the connection between body and mind, including how primitive survival responses can affect us in the modern world.
Identifying triggers and patterns, and developing calming tools to help you feel more balanced and in control.

Relationships, divorce and major life changes
Major life changes can feel disorienting, painful, and frightening. Together, we will explore the situation you find yourself in, the path that led you here, and where you would like to be.

Bereavement
Grief is a highly individual experience, with a wide array of thoughts and emotions that can resurface at any time. I use a variety of techniques to help you processing these feelings and navigate life after a loss, whatever your relationship with the person who has died.

Long term illness and chronic pain
Through understanding your patterns and developing self-compassion, even situations that feel overwhelming or inescapable can begin to shift. We will explore the connection between your mind and body to understand how stress, pain, and illness affect you.
I also work with carers of those caring for someone with a long-term illness.

Perinatal and Postnatal
Infertility, miscarriage, and baby loss are heartbreaking. Stigma can silence these experiences, and medical trauma is common but often overlooked.
Uncertainty about the future can leave you feeling stuck. Holding on to hope can be especially challenging. and the strain can also affect your relationships.

Trauma Informed
Working with trauma involves a gentle approach, supporting you to untangle, understand, and accept your experiences while building resilience and developing coping strategies.
This process also helps you reconnect with your sense of safety, understand the impact of trauma on your thoughts, emotions, and body, and gradually regain confidence in yourself and your relationships.
